The Organizing Committee - Org.Com - represents the group of people who are responsible for arranging the 26th EFPSA Congress 2012. The Danish Org.Com represents psychology students from the 3 biggest universities in Denmark – Copenhagen, Aarhus and Aalborg.

On a national level the Danish Org.Com is an integrated subgroup within DPS (Dansk Psykolog Forenings Studentersektion), one of the 28 psychology student organisations represented in EFPSA. DPS is the student section of DP (Dansk Psykolog Forening), the Danish Psychological Association. On an international level the Danish Org.Com is part of the Executive Board within EFPSA.

My name is Josephine Schultz.

I’m 24 years old and attending my Master’s degree in psychology at Aarhus University with focus on clinical and educational psychology.

I’m so excited to see the congress coming together, and I look forward to seeing you all in April!

Julie Engell Paulsen – ½ Head of Scientific

My name is Julie Engell Paulsen.

I’m 24 years old and studying psychology at the University of Aalborg. I’m currently working on my Master’s thesis concerning neuropsychology and cognitive neurorehabilitation.

I’m so looking forward to seeing the congress in Denmark come true (like the ugly duckling becomes a beautiful swan in the danish fairytale) and once more experience and be a part of the EFPSA spirit!

 

Kathrine Moryl Kristiansen – ½ Head of scientific

My Name is Kathrine Moryl Kristiansen.

I am 24 years old, and I am doing my Master’s in Psychology at the University of Aarhus.

I am looking so much forward to seeing everyone at the congress and especially to finally meet all the lovely people who are participating in the Student’s Programme. Thank you all for making this congress come true. See you soon.

 

Gitte Malene Berle – Member of Scientific

My name is Gitte Malene Berle.

I’m 24 years old, and I am studying psychology at Aarhus University.

Besides my studies I am working on different international projects especially in The Middle East. I find leadership and organizational development very interesting, so I am looking forward to a congress of 250 psychology students from all over Europe.

 

Anne Christensen – Member of Scientific

I’m 24 years old and doing my Master’s in psychology at Aarhus University.

Currently I am in the middle of my internship at a cognitive anxiety clinic. Fortunately they are letting me take a week off for the congress. Can’t wait to see you all.

Trine Helledie – Head of Administration

My name is Trine Helledie.

I am 25 years old, and I am doing my Master’s degree in English and European Studies at Copenhagen Business School.

I feel like I know a lot of you already, and I can’t wait to meet you all outside the Congress email – and cash in the hugs and beers that I have been promised after various email correspondences. It’s going to be a blast, I can feel it!

 

Nadia Bærnthsen – Member of Administration

My name is Nadia Bærnthsen.

I’m 27 years old, and I’m doing my Master’s in psychology at the University of Copenhagen.

One of my big interests is in Clinical Neuropsychology, and I would love to work in this field when I graduate. I look forward to meeting everyone at the congress.

Anne Rom Petersen – Head of Marketing

My name is Anne Rom Petersen.

I’m a 26 year old undergraduate in psychology at the University of Copenhagen, and very interested in the crossfield between mind and body, both in the sense of neuropsychology, positive psychology and evolutionary psychology as I have a bachelordegree in biology.

Can’t wait to have a blast with you at the congress and show you all the little goblins of Denmark!

 

Rebecca Thorbek Uldall – Member og Marketing

My name is Rebecca Thorbek Uldall

I am 25 years old and doing my bachelor in psychology at the University of Copenhagen, while working in the psychosocial department of the The Danish Cancer Society.

This is my first EFPSA congress and I am SO excited to see you all in april!

My name is Ditte Chor.

I’m a 23 year old, and I am studying psychology at Aarhus University. I’m currently working on my bachelor thesis on forgiveness and romantic relationships.

It’s my first EFPSA congress and I can’t wait to have a great week with you – containing both a lot of psychology and social events.

Elena Semenishina – Head of Social 

My name is Elena Semenishina

I’m 29 years old and in the midst of my BA-project – about psychoanalysis vs. cognitive therapy and existential distress. Before psychology, I studied biology and english. My primary fields of interest is clinical and child psychology.

Currently I’m loving spending time working on creating a blast of a social programme for you. And I just can’t wait to see all the EFPSA-friends!

 

Anders Bock Kjærgaard – Member of Social

My name is Anders Bock Kjærgaard

I’m 32 years old and thereby I represent the generation before the world went crazy…
Currently I’m doing a master program at the University of Aalborg with focus on process consultation, work & organizational psychology.

I’m looking forward to participating in my first congress and meeting a lot of interesting people.

 

Nadja Thorbek Uldall – Member of Social

My name is Nadja Thorbek Uldall.

I am 22 years old and in my fourth semester of psychology at the University of Copenhagen. I currently work as a substitute teacher at a school for physically and mentally handicapped children.

This is the first time I’ve participated in the EFPSA congress, and I’m very excited about it and look forward to seeing you all!

 

Mette Marie Støttrup – Member of Social

My name is Fatime Zeka

I am 25 years old and doing my master degree with focus on neuro- & community/social psychology at the University of Copenhagen. Apart from my studies I am involved in a research project concerning commotio at the Center for Rehabilitation of Brain Injury.

This is my first EFPSA congress and I look forward to meeting you all. This will be an interesting & exciting week.
