A step-by-step guide to registration
Step 1 – registration
December 1 – January 22
Fill in the application form on the registration website. When you have finished and sent the form, you will receive a confirmation email. NB! Please check your spam inbox, as the email is very likely to have ended up there! Follow the link in the email to confirm your application. The Org.Com will check that you are a Member Representative or Delegate and approve your status. You will receive an email confirming your status. You will now be able to see the details of the regular applicants of your country.
Step 2a – approval
January 23 – January 31
You are now able to approve 5 applicants from your country. If you do not take any action, Org.Com will approve the applicants from your country. We would appreciate it if you approve applicants on the basis of their application rather than on time of registration.
Step 2b – additional approval
February 2 – February 5
The Org.Com will contact you if additional places are distributed to your country. In that case, you will have to approve further applicants.
Step 3a – payment
January 31-February 20
If your application was approved, you have to pay the participation fee. After payment, you will receive an email confirming your status as a participant of the 26th EFPSA Congress.
Step 3b – late payment
February 20-February 29
If you have not paid the participation fee by the 20th, you have an extra chance. You can pay until the 29th, but it will cost you an additional charge of 30 EUR.
To check your registration details, change or add things, go to the registration site and login with your username and the password which you received in your mailbox after applying.
The participation fee can be refunded to you until February 29 if you change your mind about participating in the congress. You will only have to pay for the money transfer costs. After February 29, we cannot offer a refund.
Congress participation fee
The participation fee includes accommodation, meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), scientific programme and most social events (except excursions).
The participation fee should be paid in Danish kroner DKK.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL MONEY TRANSFERRAL COSTS ARE COVERED BY THE PARTICIPANT.

PARTICIPATION FEE: 2.010 DKK. (270 EUR.)
