Namely, the foundation is only for youth NGOs from Council of Europe member states and\u00a0European Cultural Convention Signatories (Belarus, Kazakhstan and the Holy See) &#8211; EFPSA being one of them.<\/p>\n<p>The headquarters of the EYF are located in Strasbourg, France.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>MISSION, VISION, VALUES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The EYF&#8217;s mission is to support &#8220;<strong>young people in getting closer to their objectives and their vision of a better future<\/strong>&#8220;.
