The Org Com will analyse each application and select the participants according to pre-defined criteria and the maximum numbers of participants allowed per phase. After this selection process, you will receive an email with the decision of the Org Com.<\/span>
If you are selected, you will also receive the Conference bank account information. The payment should be made until 5 days after the confirmation email and you should submit the proof of payment in the form that will be sent. If you do not pay within 5 days, you will be automatically transferred to the next phase of selection and risk losing the cheaper fee or a spot in the Conference!<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
