A: The answer is always the same, if for these reasons you find yourself unavailable to attend the event close to its date, we will reimburse you with 50% of the difference between the paid value and the online value (e.g., you paid 70\u20ac, and the online is 20\u20ac. We reimburse (70-20)\/2 = 25\u20ac. This ensures you can still attend the event in an online format!
