ANEP (Associação Nacional de Estudantes de Psicologia) is the National Students Association of Psychology, established in Portugal in 1988. ANEP aggregates eight local Psychology Students’ Associations, which have the possibility to vote during the General Councils.
The main goal of this Association focuses on the defence of Psychology students’ rights taking into account the responsibility and the duty to represent and serve them. Additionally, ANEP also assume the task of creating social and scientific events like the National Meeting, that may serve as an opportunity to connect and inspire all Portuguese psychology students.
Furthermore, ANEP encourages students’ participation not only in activities of their interest but also in the discussion of psychology issues that affect psychology students, either directly or not, taking in consideration the formation and the practice of this scientific area.
In regards to collaboration the Association has with other entities, ANEP has partnerships with various Psychology training institutes for example. Not to mention, ANEP is a member of EFPSA (being one of its founders). In 2016, the EFPSA Congress will celebrate 30 years of existence. We are counting on you to commemorate this date in the same place where it started.
Portugal and the Portuguese Psychology students are waiting for you!
