STEP 2A – APPROVAL
January 17 – January 24
If you are from an EFPSA Member (or Observer) country or region, your application will be approved by your Member (or Observer) Representative.
If you are from a non-member country/region, your application will be approved by the Organising Committee.
In any case, you will receive an email stating if your application was approved.
If your application was not accepted, do not despair. You have another chance of approval if additional places are given to your Country/Region.
STEP 2B – ADDITIONAL APPROVAL
January 25 – January 31
Additional places will be distributed. You will receive an email if your application was approved.
STEP 3A – PAYMENT
January 24 – February 21
If your application was approved, you have to pay the participation fee. After payment, you will receive an email confirming your status as a participant of the 32nd EFPSA Congress.
STEP 3B – LATE PAYMENT
February 22 – February 28
If you have not paid the participation fee by the 21st, you have an extra chance. You can pay until the 28th, but it will cost you an additional charge of 30 EUR.
The participation fee can be fully refunded to you until February 28 if you change your mind about participating in the Congress. You will only have to pay for the money transfer costs. After February 28, we cannot offer a refund.
The participation fee includes accommodation, meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), the scientific programme and the social programme (except for the excursion).
The participation fee should be paid in EURO.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL MONEY TRANSFER COSTS ARE COVERED BY THE PARTICIPANT.
