A way of seeing the role of the coordinators is as the backbone of the Organising Committee. Hand in hand, they have strived to encourage each team to formulate a feasible plan for their work towards the Congress. They have successfully completed this stage and are now aiming to ensure that each team remains execution-oriented as the Congress date gets closer. This involves consistent support, motivation and follow up, both throughout the remaining planning of the Congress and during the actual event.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Administration Team of the 32<\/span>nd<\/span> EFPSA Congress has been working hard to make sure that the Congress is hosted in a venue which is more than adequate to host such a special event! Therefore, we are proud that the Congress will take place in Paradise Bay Hotel, which is a sea view Hotel situated in the northern part of the island! <\/span><\/p>\n

The Finance Team has set up a flexible budget that will allow other teams to work for the success of the Congress, and has been working extremely hard from day 1 to procure as many funds as possible, with as many sponsorships as possible. Deals have been negotiated with various companies for funding in return for intensive promotional campaigns. Deals have been negotiated with the Government Ministries for over 8.5K funding for the Congress as well. Finally, the Finance Team has been working very closely with other teams as well as other organisations to come up with fund raising events such as a Fifa Tournament and a very successful Pub Crawl. To conclude, the Finance Team are still working hard to procure more funding as well as more collaborations for fund raisers.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Marketing Team is the brain behind all the designs and visuals of the 32nd EFPSA Congress. We strive to bring together the Maltese culture into all our work. Our main responsibility entails the promotion of the Congress itself whilst ensuring that all those interested are keeping up to date with what the Organising Committee has to provide.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Scientific Team has been preparing a journey into understanding and \u201cExploring Personality \u2013 Diversity & Individual Differences\u201d. Thanks to our ever-growing list of speakers, engaging lectures, workshops, presentations, symposia and panels, we aim to equip you with the knowledge on how personality contributes to individual differences in various societies and across cultures. Back in 1565 on the Island of Malta; the country for this Congress, the <\/span>Ottoman Empire<\/span> tried to invade the island, but was held by the <\/span>Knights <\/span>of St John. What was left out of history was that, in reality, the knights asked for help even from the magical world and were redirected to EFPSA land. They asked upon the help from the EFPSA Wizards who casted spells to keep the island safe. They asked help from another Galaxy and got help from the EFPSA Galactic Warriors. And since they were feeling a bit left out, straight out of the age of Scandinavia – the EFPSA Vikings came along. Since history repeats itself the EFPSA Galactic Warriors are returning to House D\u2019 Allegmane, the EFPSA Vikings are returning to House of\u2019 Auvergne, the EFPSA wizards to House of Aragon and a new generation of EFPSA Knights is going to be formed in the House of Castille. These warriors are all returning home to make sure the island is still protected. These warriors will be competing to win the most prestigious award in the Galaxy and will have the honour to be the prime protector of the island!<\/span><\/p>\n

So, prepare your light sabers, your hammers, your wands and your swords because the competition will start soon!<\/span><\/p>\n
