{"id":298,"date":"2016-11-16T17:18:27","date_gmt":"2016-11-16T17:18:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/more.efpsa.org\/congress2018\/?page_id=298"},"modified":"2018-01-12T01:19:53","modified_gmt":"2018-01-12T01:19:53","slug":"regular-participants","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/more.efpsa.org\/congress2018\/registration\/regular-participants\/","title":{"rendered":"Regular Participants"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>STEP 1 \u2013 REGISTRATION<\/p>\n<p><strong>December 6 \u2013 January 17<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For registration link, please\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/forms\/oFW3Nc903cq1pYQ33\">click\u00a0<\/a><\/strong>here.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>STEP 2A \u2013 APPROVAL<\/p>\n<p><strong>January 17 \u2013 January 24<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you are from an EFPSA Member (or Observer) country or region, your application will be approved by your Member (or Observer) Representative.<\/p>\n<p>If you are from a non-member country\/region, your application will be approved by the Organising Committee.<\/p>\n<p>In any case, you will receive an email stating if your application was approved.<\/p>\n<p>If your application was not accepted, do not despair. You have another chance of approval if additional places are given to your Country\/Region.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>STEP 2B \u2013 ADDITIONAL APPROVAL<\/p>\n<p><strong>January 25 \u2013 January 31<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Additional places will be distributed. You will receive an email if your application was approved.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>STEP 3A \u2013 PAYMENT<\/p>\n<p><strong>January 24 &#8211; February 21<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If your application was approved, you have to pay the participation fee. After payment, you will receive an email confirming your status as a participant of the 32nd EFPSA Congress.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>STEP 3B \u2013 LATE PAYMENT<\/p>\n<p><strong>February 22 &#8211; February 28<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you have not paid the participation fee by the 21st, you have an extra chance.<strong>\u00a0You can pay until the 28th<\/strong>, but it will cost you an additional charge of \u00a0<strong>30 EUR<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The participation fee can be fully refunded to you until February 28 if you change your mind about participating in the Congress.
