We are proud to have made a favourable deal with the venue Kystvejens Konferencecenter. <\/em>This venue is a professional conference centre with good facilities and great experience in hosting and accommodating big groups of people. The hotel and conference centre is located in the town of Grenaa and is placed perfectly in its scenic surroundings. The venue is located by the forest with only a few meters to the beach.<\/span><\/p>\n

How to get there?<\/b><\/p>\n

Though the preferable choice of transportation for the upcoming fairy tale might be a horse carriage, we have a few ideas of transportation that might be just a little faster and more convenient for your journey. <\/span><\/p>\n

By plane\u2026<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

If you would like to fly to Denmark, there are often cheap flights from the big cities around Europe. <\/span>When travelling with plane, the first destination of your trip would be either Copenhagen, Billund or Aarhus.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/i>We recommend Billund or Aarhus.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

By bus\u2026<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

There are many options for affordable travels through Europe with bus, we recommend travelling with Flixbus. If you fly to Copenhagen Airport, this would be the cheapest transport to the venue as well. Going from Copenhagen you can travel with Flixbus to Grenaa, where the venue is located.<\/em><\/span> This will be the most affordable option for anyone who travels through Copenhagen. We advise you to book the fare travelling from K\u00f8benhavn Hovedbaneg\u00e5rd (Copenhagen Central Station) to Grenaa Havn (Grenaa Habour). This stop is only a 15-minute walk to the venue. We recommend that you buy the tickets in good time!<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

By car\u2026 <\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

If you are travelling by car insert the venue address onto your GPS or Google Maps. This way you\u2019ll find it easily.<\/span><\/p>\n

By train\u2026<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

Coming by train, you should make <\/span>Aarhus Hovedbaneg\u00e5rd<\/span><\/i><\/span> your point of destination. Once you arrive here, it will be possible to catch an EFPSA bus to arrive to the venue in time for the adventure to begin.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

EFPSA Buses\u2026<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The Organising Committee will provide EFPSA buses for the participants. These buses will follow different schedules from Aarhus City Centre, Aarhus Airport, and Billund Airport to the venue on the first day and back from the venue to Aarhus City Centre, Aarhus Airport, and Billund Airport on the last day. You have been asked to fill in information about your arrival and departure; the schedule of the buses will be determined on this information. Please note that this service is paid by the participant themselves<\/span><\/em>. Further information will be provided by e-mail to the participants. The EFPSA buses will be an easy, affordable and convenient solution for all participants.<\/span><\/p>\n

NB: If you arrive\/depart on other days than the official travel days, travels will be at your own responsibility. However, if that is the case we would recommend you to look up your travel options on either google maps or Rejseplanen.<\/em><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

What to Bring?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
