The participation fee includes accommodation, all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks), the scientific programme and the social programme (except the excursion).

To be considered a participant of the Congress, the payment of the Congress Fee must be made by 20th February 2019. After the payment, you will receive an email confirming your status as a participant of the 33rd EFPSA Congress.

If you don’t pay by 20th February, you’ll still get a second chance. There is an option of a Late Payment, between 21st February and 7th March, BUT it will cost you an additional charge of 30 EURO.

Step 1: Registration

Step 2: Approval

January 16 - January 27

If you are from an EFPSA Member country or region, your application will be approved by your Member Representative.

If you are from a non-member country/region, your application will be approved by the Organisational Committee.

In any case, you will receive an email stating if your application was approved.

If your application was not accepted, do not despair. You have another chance of approval if additional places are given to your Country/Region.

Step 2b: Additional Approval

Additional places will be distributed. You will receive an email if your application was approved.

Step 3a: Payment

January 30 - February 20

If your application was approved, you have to pay the participation fee. After payment, you will receive an email confirming your status as a participant of the 33rd EFPSA Congress.

Step 3b: Late Payment

February 21 – March 7

If you have not paid the participation fee by the 21st, you have an extra chance. You can pay until the 7nd, but it will cost you an additional charge of 30 €. The participation fee can be fully refunded to you until February 21st if you change your mind about participating in the Congress. You will only have to pay for the money transfer costs. After February 21st, we cannot offer a refund.

The participation fee should be paid in EURO.

The Organisational Committee will confirm that you are an EFPSA Executive Board member, EFPSA Trainer or EFPSA Alumni and approve your status. You will receive an email confirming your status.

Step 3a: Payment

January 30 – February 20

If your application was approved, you have to pay the participation fee. After payment, you will receive an email confirming your status as a participant of the 33rd EFPSA Congress.

Step 3b: Late payment

February 21 – March 7

You are now able to approve 6 applicants from your country/region. We encourage you to make use of and refer to the Selection Criteria Guideline Document for further information.

Step 2b: Additional Approval

The Organisational Committee or Members Office will contact you if additional places are distributed to your country/region. In that case, you will be able to approve more participants from your country/region.
