To clarify, the participation fee includes accommodation, all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and coffee breaks), the full scientific and social programmes (except the excursion), and an endless supply of Irish hospitality!
Below you will find the bank details. Please use your name as a reference together with “Congress 2020”. If possible, please include your invoice number (but we will still find you if you forget this part!). If you are paying for more people, please confirm this with us through email and put the names of the other participants in the note of the payment.

Step 2: Approval
13th January - 26th January
If you are from an EFPSA Member country or region, your application will be approved by your Member Representative.
If you are from a non-member country/region, your application will be approved by the Organisational Committee.
In any case, you will receive an email stating if your application was approved.
If your application was not accepted, do not despair. You have another chance of approval if additional places are given to your Country/Region.

Step 2b: Additional Approval
Additional places will be distributed continuously as spots become available. You will receive an email if your application was approved.
Step 3a: Payment
20th January - 16th February
If your application was approved, you have to pay the participation fee. After payment, you will receive an email confirming your status as a participant of the 34th EFPSA Congress.
Step 3b: Late Payment
17th February – 23rd February
If you have not paid the participation fee by the 16th February, you have an extra chance. You can pay until the 23rd February but it will cost you an additional charge of 30 €. The participation fee can be fully refunded to you until 17th February if you change your mind about participating in the Congress. You will only have to pay for the money transfer costs. After 17th February, we cannot offer a refund.
The participation fee should be paid in EURO.

The Organisational Committee will confirm that you are an EFPSA Executive Board member, EFPSA Trainer, EFPSA Alumni, or EFPSA Research Programme participant and approve your status. You will receive an email confirming your status.

Step 3a: Payment
20th January - 16th February
If your application was approved, you have to pay the participation fee. After payment, you will receive an email confirming your status as a participant of the 34th EFPSA Congress.
NB: You can start sending your fee once you get the confirmation email, you do not need to wait for the 20th January.

17th February – 23rd February
