Q: What if you test positive for COVID/need to be in isolation and can’t attend the event in person?
Q: What if your country government prohibits you from traveling to Portugal?
Q: What if the portuguese government demands you to quarantine?

A: The answer is always the same, if for these reasons you find yourself unavailable to attend the event close to its date, we will reimburse you with 50% of the difference between the paid value and the online value (e.g., you paid 70€, and the online is 20€. We reimburse (70-20)/2 = 25€. This ensures you can still attend the event in an online format! You will however, need to send us proof of a positive test/that you are in isolation/that your country does not allow travel to Portugal.

 

Q: What if there are no conditions for the event to be held on-site?

A: In that case, the event will be fully adapted to an online version. To those who have paid to attend in person, we will reimburse the difference between the amount paid and the online fee – this means that you will receive all your money back apart from the value equivalent to an online ticket (20€), which will be the amount charged for your online attendance of the event.
