The Organising Committee worked hard to provide a wonderful hotel of high quality, facilitating both our Social and Scientific programmes. The Administration team discussed thoroughly for the perfect venue, with outstanding views up to standard facilities, and mouth-watering buffet for all dietary requirements. Most of all, we would like to provide a taste of the hospitality of the Maltese and in the same time providing the participants an optimal experience of the Maltese Islands. We could not think of a better place than Paradise Bay Hotel in Cirkewwa.
Cirkewwa is situated in the northernmost part of Malta. It is situated by the water’s edge, close to popular beachy amenities such as Armier Bay, Paradise Bay and Ghadira Bay, Cirkewwa is also the place where yearly, thousands of tourists catch the ferry to cross the waters between Malta and go for an astonishing visit at our sister Island, Gozo. Furthermore, Cirkewwa and Paradise Bay Hotel is surrounded by the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea and overlooking the tiny island of Comino, and the ever famous Blue Lagoon. One can also venture out to various nearby interesting landmarks such as St.Agatha’s Tower, mostly known as Torri l-Ahmar built by the Knights of St.John in 1647; and Ghadira Nature Reserve, popular with birdwatchers.

Paradise Bay Hotel contains 276 rooms, all with sea-views and balconies. The resort’s amenities also boast various dining outlets, conference halls, tennis court, 3 outdoor pools with extensive terraces and sun lounges, and a large indoor pool.
Il-Merill Restaurant offers a captivating view of the Mediterranean Sea. The Chef prepares numerous mouth-watering creations of local and European Cuisine. This restaurant features fresh all-inclusive daily buffet. The organising committee also kept in mind the dietary requirements of every participant.
A number of halls with sea views and natural daylight, suites and outdoor venues made it possible for the Social team and Scientific team to be flexible and provide one of the most ambitious and qualitative programmes during EFPSA Congress.
