The participation fee is 50 EURO. It includes the scientific program, the social program and lunch for each day of the Conference.
The participation fee should be paid in EURO.

The participation fee for non- EFPSA members is 70 EURO.
!!! Attention!!!
Please be aware that all money transfer costs are covered by the participant (you).
In case you don’t cover your transfer costs, we cannot be sure that you paid the whole fee. The transfer costs differ from bank to bank, so we advise you to:
– Pay as a group: so then you can split the transfer costs!
– Search for a bank with low or no transfer costs!
There is no problem if you pay alone; it is just cheaper if you pay as a group.
After the payment, you need to scan/screenshot your receipt from the bank, and send it to us at: conference (at) efpsa.org.
This is very important so that we know for sure who paid and how much. We will not take responsibility for any mistakes/misunderstandings as long as you did not send us the scanned receipt.
Don’t forget! You should put on your receipt (commentaries, transaction reasoning): your name and surname (all names even if you are paying as a group!)
Refund: If you decide not to come to the Conference before the 31st of October 2017 and you have already paid your participation fee, the full amount of the participation fee will be refunded. You will only have to pay for the transfer costs.
If you decide not to come to the Conference after the 31st of October 2017, your money will not be refunded.
